I like the challenges that traveling in a strange land brings. I believe that the fulfillment of life is sharing experiences with others. Some of the best people i have had the pleasure of knowing i've met on my travels. I look forward to meeting and sharing many more experiences with others.

I am new to couch surfing and can't wait to have my first adventure.

I am new to couch surfing and will be in eastern Australia for the month of may 2012 and look forward to meeting some great people.

Interests

I live an active lifestyle and enjoy outside activities. I surf, snowboard, bike, play tennis, soccer and want to get back into rock climbing and sky diving. I am a painter and enjoy being creative. I love to read and write about my adventures. I play piano and the drums. I really enjoy playing music with others and believe in the healing power of music.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love a good documentary, especially if it is educational and on a topic that is important for the positive progression of man kind. I enjoy many different categories of film both foreign and domestic. the same goes for music and literature. I do have a thing for classical music, especially frederick chopin. I am partial to Dostoevsky, Machiavelli, Oscar Wilde, Dickens, Hemmingway, Hunter S. Thompson and Carlos Castaneda. I like many more authors but the above are some of my favorites.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have done quite a few amazing things and prefer not to boast and besides those stories are better left to tell in person. I will give a few example though. I've surfed some incredible breaks on reefs in the middle of the ocean. I've camped in some breathtaking places and been invited into the homes of some amazing people.
