ABOUT ME

Wooo... I love change and challenging myself, which is a constant battle with myself to do---go figure. I love learning in all types of ways... reading, listening, watching, participating, exploring. And I want to become a better teacher---of myself and others. Just learned I like salsa and cumbia, so I really wanna do that some more. Love/hate politics. As in they´re dirty but necessary, always interesting, and sometimes beautiful. Play soccer. Really like rock-climbing but haven´t done it for a while. Of course I love meeting new people and experiences. Hopefully you too (smile).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Man, the only surfing experiences i´ve had have been unofficial when i pass out at friends´ houses after parties or on road trips. Working on more.

Intereses

Soccer, rock-climbing, reading, talking, listening, stories, music (when live all types), dancing (even tho i suck---for now!), exploring (duh), outdoors, indoors, history, politics, people...To be continued.

Música, películas y libros

I love movies of all types---blockbusters and indie ones and international ones (aka ones not from the US which I´m getting sick of seeing so far all over Argentina). They just gotta be well-done. Music: just about anything live that has energy. And if it´s not live it´s gotta be from the artist him/herself, aka not a song given to some pre-packaged singer who´s just trying to be famous and rich. Books, again a lot. Off top of my head, just finished Malcolm X´s autobiography which was off the hook.

Algo increíble que he hecho

Something involving my last year at uni where we organized to fight off huge budget cuts (unsucessfully so far... but more to come). No one experience but all of it and seeing/meeting the great people involved, coming together on another level than anything i´d seen before.
