ABOUT ME

Born in Staten Island, NY. Raised in suburban New Jersey. Living in Philadelphia, PA.
Most of my exploring has come from my fantastic and money-draining hobby of attending concerts throughout Philly.
I suppose I am an "indie" music fan, but I really hate that label. In reality, I will and do listen to just about anything.
I love sports, especially baseball and hockey. I used to play up until high school.
Obviously, I can't fit in my entire personality into this space. I can be rather awkward at times when meeting people. Music and sports are my two comfort zones. Get me talking about them and my shyness bites the dust

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am very very new to CouchSurfing. My friend David introduced me to the community very recently and I still have been getting my feet wet. I have attended one potluck in Philadelphia and housed a very interesting Danish couchsurfer for a few nights.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Again, I am very new to the CS community, but the one potluck I attended was pretty fantastic. I was asked to attend by a college friend and went having absolutely no idea what to expect. When we arrived, I kind of become my usual shy self, but thankfully, all of the people there were fantastic and specifically made conversation with me, which was greatly appreciated. The entire experience was just fun and unexpected. I look forward to having many more just like it!

Interests

Any type of music, professional sports, wiffleball, badminton, durak, card games, bad 80's movies, pop culture from the 70's-present, video games (especially old LucasArts adventure games), sarcastic and ironic blogs, the occasional witty Twitter one-liner
