ABOUT ME
I like books, and words, and thingz with z's. I love learning new languages, I think it's really fun. I play the banjo, and sing a few folk tunez some times. I like travelling and meeting new people with different ideas. I hate visas and paperwork, but I'm getting pretty good at filling out forms. Though, the Česka Pošta still frightens me, as it would any human, and has taught me that Kafka wasn't kidding.
I speak German pretty well, and a very little bit of Czech, and I am always looking to practice.
PHILOSOPHY
"You don't need to know what you're going to do forever, you just need to kno what you're going to do next." - My dad.
I take life day by day, hour by hour. That is not to say I don't make plans, but I am totally OK with breaking from my plans and wingin' it instead.

Interests
I read lots of books of all kinds but primarily fiction. I also play the five-string banjo, and I thoroughly enjoy a good street performance. Recently I've been oscillating between American southern mountain music, and various kinds of metal. I like coffee, and I also love cookies.

Music, Movies, and Books
Books - I am a huge consumer of fiction, originally fantasy was my digs but I've moved on to Sci-Fi. I love absurdity in literature, and non-chronological timelines are pretty cool too. The Master and Margarita, Michail Bulgakov; Catch-22, Joseph Heller; Exterminator!, William S. Burroughs; The Death Gate Cycle, Margaret Weiss and Tracy Hickman; War & Peace, Lev Nikolaivich Tolstoy (a bear to read, but a fantastic novel all the same); Kafka's short stories, as well as Chekov's.
My musical tastes vary from month to month, but recently I have been oscillating between Southern Mountain Music, and Thrash Metal.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Backpacking in the New Mexican Rockies was pretty fantastic. Skydiving was pretty cool. I'm gonna have to the the most amazing thing i've every done was be creative, though. Writing music, writing lyrics, writing poems, it's more of a discovery than an expression. I learn a lot when I do such things, and it's amazing every time.
