Overview
About Me
I am young professional working at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. I do research related to climate change policy. History-nerd turned policy wonk. I love live music (lots of great venues where I live!), traveling (obviously), checking out museums, lectures, free events, and riding my bike around the city.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet new people, show visitors around D.C., and to explore new places with locals.

Music, Movies, and Books
live music is best. I feel like I have an eclectic taste and I am always open to new things. I do love Wes Anderson, the Coen Brothers, and Kubrick though.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Jumped in a canal in Amsterdam. Don't advise others to follow suit.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can probably teach you some U.S. history. I am a pretty decent cook and I'd love to share a meal and some wine (or beer).
What I Can Share with Hosts
Good food, laughs, wine/beer, and a tour of D.C.
Countries I’ve Visited
Aruba, Austria, Bahamas, Belgium, Bermuda, Canada, Croatia, England, Hungary, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Spain, Turkey
