About Me

Improve myself, while having fun :D

Somebody would call me "the wise" :-) I like to enjoy life... slowly. I like to talk and listen, to drink and eat. And I'm always looking for a good laugh.

I work as a software engineer, but only 4 days per week, 'cause life quality has no price! I'm a downshifter! :-)

I'm epicurean and liberal. I like to trust people. In everyone or everything, I try to to look at the good side.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet interesting people and different cultures, and share experiences.

Music, Movies, and Books

Forrest Gump - Man On The Moon - Million Dollar Baby - Into the Wild - Nuovo Cinema Paradiso - Mediterraneo
Queen - REM - Fabrizio De Andrè - and lot more...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Resign from a safe, good and well paid job to get nearer to my ideal lifestyle. Can't imagine how much I was sweating that day!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd love to host or meet native Spanish speakers, porque quiero practicar! Same for Swedish speakers, although here my level är jättedåligt. Jag glömte nästan allt mitt (lite) svenska eftersom jag aldrig pratar det :(
In general, I like to learn about other cultures and to teach about my own. Differences always fascinate me :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I like to talk pretty much about everything, and, as an Italian, I can cook of course ;-) Got a problem with your pc? I might be able to fix it. And, ah, need to write a greeting card, a song, a special letter? I'm good with words, try me out :D

Last but not least: Couchsurfing is not a free alternative to hotels or hostels. It's about sharing and get in touch with people. So, please, show me you travel in the original couchsurfing spirit. Thanks.
P.s. If you just lost an airplane at Orio, you can sleep here: Cheap and convenient.
