I have a lot of curiosity. I have a lot of love in my heart, especially for animals and nature, but also for human beings. I've seen a lot of suffering and I've experienced a lot of pain, but I've also learned to breathe in and breathe out and take each day and try to focus my attention on the gifts that each day brings rather than on the pain and suffering of the past.

I love to be in nature. I feel relief and calm when I get lost in my imagination. I love to spend time with real friends and real family... and sincere souls that will potentially become a part of my group of loved ones... I also really appreciate one-time encounters with sincere souls who have the courage to show themselves and share themselves.

Further, I enjoy everything that makes me learn and feel alive: reading, good movies, good music, sincere people, feeling plants and fresh soil in my hands, laying my eyes on the deep green beauty in the Pyrenees, listening to the wind blow through the trees and to the chattering and singing of birds. I love hiking in the Pyrenees and meeting fellow hikers in the refuges up in the high mountains. I greatly appreciate a good meal after a day of hiking in the mountains accompanied by a glass of red wine. I want to learn everything I can about plants and animals and humans... not biology... but the other stuff... what makes them thrive... how do we help each other,... how do we communicate better...

My favourite things in the world are my husband, my dog, a soft blanket, candles, a fire, plants, flowers, animals, good food, and good company whether it be human, animal, or botanical.

I am not attracted to normative tourist activities. I want to know people, connect with people, learn from people who have experienced life differently than have I. I love to watch people, talk with people, learn and understand how and why people think differently than do I. I don't want to visit a tourist site, I want to experience a tiny piece of a county's soul... and that is done through human interaction, not through queuing to see an architectural or historical wonder.
