To travel to Japan, and meet some great people who can show us around and help us make the most of our time there!

ABOUT ME

Hey there!

We are Claire and Nicole...and we're going to Japan! It's our first time traveling to Japan, and we'd love to have someone show us around, or even, have a chat about where is good to go and how to make the most of our time.

We met at uni, we love all types of music. Claire is joining the defense force as a psychologist, and Nicole is an Arts Marketer and Publicist who works in a giant arts centre in Sydney. Nicole also helps promote some live music in Sydney.

We're happy-go-lucky types of people, and as much as we want to learn from you, we want to be able to share our stories with you too...and we have lots of them!

We're into exploring the natural surrounds of Japan as much as possible, and also discovering the more underground, local culture that general tourists may not see.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We love this idea of couchsurfing, and we're currently trying to convince our housemates to let us have a couch surfer! We think once we surf ourselves, they might be more open to it.

Music, Movies, and Books

We both love all sorts of music - Aussie hip hop, reggae, funk, folk, blues and roots - and we're interested in checking out all sorts of local music, wherever we go.

Teach, Learn, Share

Nicole can teach singing and piano, and loves a bit of a jam. Claire and Nicole can both hula hoop, and are working on developing some more tricks. I'm sure there is so much we could all learn from each other that I can't think of writing...
