Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I travel so often and extensively, and I've heard such great reviews from others who have been a part of the couchsurfing community, that I thought it may be a great fit for me!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Moved to Ecuador at age 25, taught myself Spanish on the streets there, and integrated into the culture.
Teach, Learn, Share
I practice Functional Medicine- a wholistic approach to health and healing. My own spin on it is that I incorporate body-mind-spirit medicine into my practice, delving deep to help people see their own true natures and the root causes of dis-ease in their being.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Health/nutrition guidance. Yoga. A yummy meal-I love to cook and entertain! A song:)
