About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I live for when life gives you goosebumps. Give me a piano or give me death.

ABOUT ME

WELL. I'm in the midst of a major life transition. I'm Au Pairing in Karlsruhe, Germany during my semester off at uni. I'm a self-proclaimed humanist and lover of music. I live in the moment and my planner has never seen the light of day. I'm studying sociology & economics. If all goes as planned, I would love to squeeze into international development later in life. Society has deteoriated to what seems to be under an outhouse, so I take it upon myself to strive for some good in the world xD I want to meet as many wonderful souls through my journey here in the Eu as the experience provides. In the end all you've got are your memories so....
'Carpe diem' :)

I live for concerts, football, my lovely piano, walks in torrential rain, camping, political satire, a solid coffee, & (most importantly.. of course) HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER. Just getting into photography now, studying some german while I'm abroad. So that about sums it up. Definitely not the shy type, so let me know if your interested for a morning/afternoon/night out!

PHILOSOPHY

There's a little leftist religion called Unitarian Universalism. You don't get much more left on the political spectrum than that. If you're interested in progressive, humanistic thinking I suggest you check it out. Its the gist of my embedded personal philosophies.

'Man is born free, but everywhere he is chains'.
'legen....DARY'

We do not see things as they are, we see things as we are.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

People create a sense of community among themselves, then defining them by it. Built a school in Honduras last year I've been to the rainforrest of western Canada, dozens & dozens of amazing concerts, social action conferences at the U.N. headquarters in New York City, as well as hours and hours of volunteer work. I've staged a wedding in an isle of a salvation army in New York City with some friends. I've had a picnic on an inflatable mattress on a lake, which turned into a rafting excursion. I've shampoo'd my hair in the middle of a hurricane :)
(the list goes on)

Teach, Learn, Share
