I visit Dubai every month enroute to my Drilling Rig in the persian gulf. Looking to make friends in the city, hangout and have a nice time.

Driven by passion to experience the world, meet people with different backgrounds, not just professionally, but culturally, know their traditions, taste their cuisines!

I love to meet people and discuss anything under the sun. As long as it doesnt involve shopping and fashion :P. I enjoy discussing politics, sports,business, sociology or any other topic with a slight twist of humor. Going on long walks, exploring unknown places, learning from perfect strangers, going to beach and listening to guitarist...ummmm...the list goes on! I just like doing that might seem a little out of box for the conventional people.

For the records, I desist branded showrooms, glitzy malls, boutique restaurants and splurging handsomely on things that dont bring much fun but a lot of status. I would anyday, prefer a roadside cafe, or to sit on a beach with an intersting book or just simple music. Being natural and simple comes from my upbringing! I enjoy being with people who are comfortable being in their own skin. Those who have zeal and a meaning in life.

I Cherish having intellectual talks.. you will not find it so boring as it may sound :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies : Its not a speific list. Anything that awes an inspiration is on my playlist. October Sky, Into the wild, Godfather triology, American hustle, Up in the air, Forrest Gump, The terminal, .. are few of my favorites!

Music: The only drug i hook onto. I just love getting lost in the world of music. Anything thats smoothing and fits the mood! From Rollin Stones, pearl jem, bob marley, coldplay, sting to indian music from late 70s.

Books: Wish I could be more patient finishing them till end. Prefer to read magazines like entreprenuer, forbes, the economist, mens health etc. One of my favorite books is Screw it, lets do it by richard branson. I prefer self help books.
