I am a student currently doing an exchange in the Netherlands. I study art and design. Have an interest in teaching also, I do some part time teaching work for children's art and craft in China.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've done couch surfing one time with my Dutch classmate. And I found out it's such a great experience to meet local people and communicate with them!

Interests

Cooking is my greatest hobby. I love cooking food to the others, and sometimes will create some special dishes. I love seeing people smile when they taste my food.
Art is the love of my life. I went to a lot of museums and I like drowning myself in all those exhibitions. They give me tons of inspiration and I really enjoy it. Sometimes I also do some art project myself. I've sent my work to some design competitions, but never awarded. A little bit disappointed, but well, that's not all of it. The process is more important.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movie!! Animation is my favourite. But I also watch a lot of other movies.
Music, In fact I don't really have a preference, I like the song because of the song. But by now, my favourite will be the soundtrack from the movie W.E and About Time. I was the singer in my high school band.. But emmm. It was ages ago.
Books, most of time I only look at the pictures in the book, I have a difficult in reading. Pride and prejudice is the only book I read all of them.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I can made 7 different dishes with one fish! I've learnt this from a chef in my hometown. And that's the most happy experience I ever had.

Teach, Learn, Share

I teach art and craft to children as a part time job. I like dealing with kids. They always making me laugh and I won't be stressful during the work.

What can I share with you, I can cook you some interesting dishes just if you allow me to use your kitchen ;) And trust me, I'm very confident to share you this.
