About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Learn as much about the world as my brain can possibly retain

ABOUT ME

I'm friendly, courteous, open-minded, and aways curious to try new things. While I may take a little time to get used to new faces and surroundings, I can be quite a lot of fun to be around once I'm settled in and comfortable. I love hearing stories about other people's adventures, traditions or experiences. I'm basically just really excited about this world we all live in.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None so far, but I hope that changes soon.

Interests

I really enjoy music, even though I never stuck to learning any instruments. I may be able to strum a few chords on a ukulele, but that's about it. Besides music, I like art and photography, and I'm trying to be creative as often as possible, which doesn't always work out. My favorite artist is Gustav Klimt.
I also show great interest in zoology and botany, but my true passion is probably traveling.

Music, Movies, and Books

I generally enjoy books and movies that encourage me to think about certain issues, or expand my views and opinions on the world.
I read a lot of classical literature, which I always either hate or love, there is no in-between. My musical taste ranges from alternative/indie rock to electronic synthpop.
Oh, and I really enjoy sci-fi movies, as long as they're not too cheesy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've had the opportunity to do and see a lot of amazing things. I can't pick one, so here are a few:
I saw the sunset over the Grand Canyon in Arizona, I hiked through the Red Wood national forest in nor Cal, I spent a night on an old ship in the harbor of San Francisco, and I camped in the Big Bend national park in Texas (and frankly, I almost got attacked by a Javelina.)

Teach, Learn, Share

uhm... I can juggle...?
