ABOUT ME

I'm a fun loving person from right out side the DC area. For the past year I've been a member of Americorps NCCC. A service program where I traveled through out the country doing community service. I did everything from building houses in Louisiana, to removing invasive trees in Maui. So after an exhausting year I'm ready to relax a bit and enjoy the simplicity of coffee and a book ( hopefully in some cool new cities).

I love traveling though. I've been to Dublin, Athens, Rome, Venice, Paris, and London during a 2 week backpacking trip 2 summers ago. And have now seen a large majority of the home land. But I'm always up for going new places and hope to see more through couch surfers

Because I've been doing community service for a year I'm officially broke( $3 a day was what I was making). So I'm really excited to do some FREE nights on peoples couches.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm still learning a lot about all the types of music out there, but currently I really like low key acoustic/ indie; Iron and Wine, Beth Orton, Rachael Yamagata, Sufjan Stevens. I really like alot of the classics too; Caroll King, James Taylor, Dylan, Joni Mitchell, The Beattles.
