CURRENT MISSION

To regain my youth! After a lifetime of work I am taking time out to do what I want, see new places, meet new people, and have wonderful new experiences.

ABOUT ME

I am a very young 51 (52 in January), don't look my age. Physically fit and intelligent. I am interested in everything and anything, particularly science and technology. I love the sea and wish I could realise my dream of living self-sufficiently on a boat in which I would travel the world and dive in the most beautiful places on our planet. It would be nice to find some gold bars but I would be happy taking photo's of everything I came across and putting them on the web for all to enjoy.

I love travel and driving and at the moment am travelling slowly across europe in my car, trying to stay warm at the moment because here in Provence, France, the weather is not very good!

I love good food and here the food is wonderful!

I like camping and the outdoors. I have been lucky in my life in meeting wonderful people who have been very hospitable.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I survived a hurricane at sea in a small boat. Three days of hell wherein I was seasick for the first time in my life. I wanted to die and almost gave up. The storm abated and I went on deck to a most glorious sunrise and a pod of dolphins were leading me as if to safety. A few hours later I reached land and it was as if a miracle had occurred.
