About Me

CURRENT MISSION

switzerland

ABOUT ME

Sudying medicine, love people, travelling, dancing, prancing, making music, when someone talks to me on public transport.

Hopefully that's not 'all about me' but seriously, that's a pretty loaded question to ask me at this early stage in our relationship.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hosted a few lovelies in my previous house until tragically my housemates decided that they no longer wanted to host. Tragic. Now I'm back in a couch-surfer friendly house and ready to host once more

Interests

Meeting people and having conversations that change everything I think about the world, I like euphoric build-ups in music that make me want to explode, , coffee, red wine, social justice issues (particularly Australia's horrific treatment of refugees), isolated beaches, beach soccer, other stuff

Music, Movies, and Books

Depends on the day and mood

- always, The Cat Empire
- progressive house/trance
- anything with a horn section
- glitch/bass music

If you can quote any Dylan Moran, Bill Bailey, Flight of the Conchords, Curb your Enthusiasm or Tim Minchin and other funnies that's a bonus

And in an enormous cliche, the book Eating Animals really did have a significant effect on my life!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelling South America alone fits the bill of amazing. The warmth of everyone I met was astounding and really changed my outlook on life.

I remember on my last day in South America just walking around grinning like a lunatic, absolutely filled up with the warmth and genuineness and love and passion of everyone I had met.

The people I met and the culture I experienced were greater than any of the incredible sights I saw.

Teach, Learn, Share

I will show you the only 4 chords you will ever need to know on guitar - this is as essential for travellers because inevitably someone whips out a guitar.

Countries I’ve Visited
