ABOUT ME

I am from Ontario, Canada...presently, i am traveling in England for my cousin's wedding and heading to France to work on several farms in order to improve my french and mad gardening skills!!

Salut! Je suis canadienne. je viens de voyager en angleterre; j'etait la pour la mariage de ma cousine, et, maintenant, je m'en vais en france pour voyager a plusiers des fermes pour ameliorer mon francais et faire de jardinage.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

to be announced....travelled a lot with helpx where i have done work/language exchange placements.....just finished 3 amazing months in rural Quebec cooking, cleaning, nannying, philosophizing in french, experimenting with seed germination and learning the lifestyle of a beautiful family of 6 people, 4 cows, 100s of chickens, a whack of rabbits, and a couple of saucy kittens....presently, on my way to a horse farm near Jonzac for two weeks and after to a farm in the Pyrénées to do some organic gardening et jaser en francais!!!

Interests

i like olives, dancing, laughing, long naps, swimming, languages, paradoxes, the color green, grasshoppers, meeting new people, biking, playing cards among many other things....

Teach, Learn, Share

Initially, treadmills, earlier known as the "everlasting staircase" used to be used as a form of punition in prisons (Britain circa 1818), today, we pay lots of money to do this in gyms. Interesting transition.
It always makes me want to run around outside, every which way, like a maniac, appreciating the movement, space, and nature that I am lucky enough to experience most of the time.
