About Me

I am a outdoorsy girl that likes to travel and have a good time! I'll try anything new if there's the opportunity. Usually you'll find me trying to get on the water or scale up a trail. I love to have easy mornings at the coffee shop or talking a walk and the rest of my day venturing out in and outside of the town only to come back for relaxing evenings with friends. From the Midwest USA I have experienced the city life and now living in Durango, CO I've grown to love the smaller town lifestyle.

Life is for living. The 'way not?' outlook, and as long as I am young and am able to do things, I am going to do as much of it as I can! Not wanting to miss a thing drives many of my experiences. And while doing it, you always gotta look tight, be tight, stay tight!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I will host in the future, when I get a house. Until then, I will try to surf when it applies.

Just starting out, just trying to get the ball rolling!

Music, Movies, and Books

Lover of all things! I honestly don't know enough books or movies to say what's good or bad or what I like best. I normally just go by recommendations.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Rivers of Montana, mountains of Colorado, coast of Virginia and Oregon, and lakes of Minnesota. (and IRELAND!

Teach, Learn, Share

Learning from wanderers is my favorite because they have a 'go where the wind takes you' look on life and that seems to make them willing to take on the unexpected. I like this because this brings them to strange run-ins with people and events that always make good stories.
