Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Bear and the Beasts is going on tour, then when we get to New Orleans I'm gonna stay there for a while. Then I'm gonna go to Ecuador.

Interests

I play guitar for a band called Bear and the Beasts, and banjo, mandolin, and bass for myself.

I started working with a local beekeeper a few years ago and I've been helping grow a small company into a less small one and learning how to keep bees at the same time. It's a great gig.

I think food is one of the top 5 reasons to be alive, cooking is one of my absolute favorite things. That and good coffee.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent 2 months in Puerto Rico; I saw, in a bioluminescent bay, a stingray swim right under my kayak. It was like a huge, shining, blue, underwater butterfly. Also I befriended a horse named Blanquito.
