About Me

CURRENT MISSION

if one cannot go to America you can as well bring America to you thanks to CS

ABOUT ME

I am currently in Yaoundé-Cameroon west Africa.I live and work here,so why not open my doors sooooo wide to strangers.I just decided that since i cannot go to America i can bring that America close to myself.I always hear that" if America sneezes the whole world catches cold".No America no world. So thanks to CouchSurfing,I can bring not only America but the whole world at my door step.I know it is not so easy to visit the whole wide world though a global village. Why not hear about the world from Guests.I love welcoming people from all corners of the globe, to manage a night or more in my house, share food drinks, ideas etc. Life is too too short, but the globe is full of interesting things to see and know, such as nice people, broad ideas, wider experiences, cultural differences and shock,of course i am very much interested in stuff like that. We do not learn only by schooling, but from people especially travellers."life is not measured by the number of breaths we take but by the places and moments that take our breath away"
I have to worship travelers. So i am still naive as far as this wide world is concerned.
I am a Student and Consultant , also a part time Teacher, and Business adventurer.I love to keep myself busy.I try to understand this world and it's new people of this generation and how people want to live their lives and what they are hunting for.I love minding my business. It is said 'one man's meat is another's poison.People come from different parts of the world and the culture is quite different to that of here.I try not to be upset over nothing.I wish to make everyone around me to be happy and understand the value of human beings as different from animals.May be to be a turning point in your lifetime.I love people who respect other dirty cultures or places or have pity for the poor African people and not despise them.I am willing to share ideas and other stuff, show you around Yaoundé.Introduce you to African culture, lifestyle, food, history. Sometimes i can talk too much if you want to.As well as i fear to ask many questions not to upset my guests or say something that my hurt you unknowingly.I try not have problems concerning Budget(vanity). Some new members may not truely understand Couchsurfing for i do understand well.I understand some travelers are on a tiny income and may be needy too.You are advised to carry sufficient cash for your daily needs, transportation and onward travel, other miscellanous items,Euros,Dollars,Franc cfa etc. also ATMs can be dissapointing not forgeting if you fall sick especially Malaria that can easily wipe life out of you blindly with the twinkle of an eye.In theory while your insurance will practise you may already be in your grave.
Your Visa card can work in many banks especially BICEC, ECOBANK,UBA, etc. While Master Card works with SCB, Afriland Bank .
I have a free service car and driver,so buy fuel only to run your errands,Can also look for a free guide and translator for you.
You are also advised to carry along with you your original passport part and parcel of you when going out of the house. It is mandatory here even for citizens or residents. If not you gonna enjoy our jail.
