Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet new interesting peoples and get known of their countrys habits. And also to make contacts to my future; I'm planning to follow my grandfathers steps and move to Canada.

If you're a person who doesn't want to make strict schedules, and love to chat all night long about everything, you're just my kind of a people.

I can tell you a lot of about our nation, culture, nature and history. And I'll tell you it honestly, also the other side of the coin.

And my special knowledge by my occupation and education, is finnish cuisine. I can recommend a lot of places if you wanna have a real taste of Finland. And as a baker & patissier I can make you those popular finnish bakings like ´korvapuusti´ (a sweet bun with cinnamon), and serve you the best vegetarian or vegan food.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can offer to you a couch or an air bed to sleep in my living room, and also bedlinens and towel of course. In the bathroom I've washing machine so you've possibility to wash your laundry. Here's also wifi. Possibility for sauna is on tuesdays.

Here's really good public transportion options, it takes only to 23 minutes with one bus from my stop and you're in the centrum of the Helsinki. In the autumn 2016 we'll have a metro line and a station nearby. I also have a car.

NOTICE:
- I have a cat, he's very nice and social and will also take care of our guests, but if you're allergic, take care of the medications
- NO smoking inside
- NO meat in to my fridge, yes, I'm vegetarian (dairy and eggs are ok)
- Always remember to respect the rules of the country your visiting
