ABOUT ME

I'm an out going person and love to have people around me. I am a stong believer in "you never stop learning". I don't have time for unmotivated people. I like to be surrounded by others who are motivated as that motivates me!
I'm from a 40, 000 acre farming-grazing (crop and sheep) property on the West Coast of South Australia. I class sheep wool for a living which means I am constantly involved with team work and other people. This is a job that earns me a fair bit of money which I use to travel. I'm good at saving money and I am one of the few who finds it easy to save money in the shearing industry!
I've travelled a bit of Australia but still want to do a lot more. While I'm young, I figure I should spend my money on travelling over seas before flights get way too expensive!
My first place O/S was the Rockies in Canada in January '08, then onto Portugal, Spain, Scotland, Ireland and London in June-July '08. Last year I snow boarded in New Zealand (South Island) for 12days with my sister. This next trip will be my longest O/S trip and my first solo mission!

Interests

I love the out doors and I am a bit of a work-aholic! At the same time I love to play..snow boarding is a new love of mine along with motor bikes, cricket and cars. I'm a huge fan of the V8 Supercars in Aus. Meeting new people and finding out about different cultures is also up there.
Like all Aussies, I love a beer or two- especially happy hour ;) !!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Bungy Jumping the highest bungy in New Zealand (134m). How can you not be scared standing out in a little box suspended 200m above a valley?! Well, suprisingly, I wasn't!
Also Sky Diving in Cairns, QLD, Aus. 15,000ft, pure adrenaline, one of the best experiences in my life!
