Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Remain grateful for all the great things the world has to offer (and explore as many of them as possible)
ABOUT ME
Whacky, witty, a wee bit wild … horrible sense of direction, but determined to head in each and every one at some point in my life. I make great guacamole, although I’m always put in charge of drinks at dinner parties. I can go from an art exhibit to an economics lecture to a dirty dive bar all in one day … and love every minute of it.
PHILOSOPHY
Hope for the best, prepare for the worst, land somewhere in between, learn along the way
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I’m new to couchsurfing and am optimistic that it will be a positive experience, at which point I will spread the word like wildfire. It’s also a great excuse to get my own place, so that I can reciprocate and be the hostess with the mostess!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I’m a newbie, although I did have the privilege of hosting my dear friend ELSA* for a few days a few months ago. She introduced me to the wonderful world of couch surfing!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hiked the great wall, saw an Austrian orchestra at the Sydney Opera house, kissed the Blarney Stone, and witnessed the kindness of strangers.
Teach, Learn, Share
Math, anyone? If you’re not interested in pursuing geeky knowledge, I can teach you how to play Dylan on the guitar, play Beatles on the bass, play a synthesizer like it’s 1979, demystify the New York transit system. Did I mention the great guacamole?
