About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Explore the world! I want to live in the most visceral, real sense. I am a poet and an activist and I want to connect with people who want to deconstruct power and privilege.

ABOUT ME

I am a late night talker, critical, feminist. I am all about making connections with people. I am passionate, soul-searching, an anti-racist. I am attempting to define justice for myself and live it. I am a poet. I protest. I'm crafty. I listen. I laugh. I envision and I create. I love to hike. I know myself. I spend a lot of time theorizing. I am a critical thinker. I stop and breathe when things get ahead of me.

I'm going to hike the entire appalachian trail one day.

I have done my share of community organizing and teaching. Will be a special education teacher in New York

I am on an all-women slam poetry team. We are pretty fucking incredible. I share everything with them.

PHILOSOPHY

"It is better to speak remembering we were never meant to survive" Audre Lorde
