About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Helping people relieve their suffering and become happy, both spiritually and physically

ABOUT ME

I value honesty above all else, no matter how bitter it is. I like being open and to share what I have, have known and have experienced directly.

PHILOSOPHY

Things we don't want to happen, happen, and things we do want to happen, don't happen. Humans can relieve their suffering and become enlightened via Dhamma (in Pali) or Dharma (in Sanskrit), The Universal Law of Nature, which includes Vippassana (insight gained by direct experience of Truth and seeing things as they are) and Vippassana Bhavana (Vippassana Meditation).

Music, Movies, and Books

Any music that touches my mind, spiritual movies, non-fiction and biographical literature and media and/or fact are preferred, and self help books as well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've traveled to almost every corner of Nepal and Northern India. I've done and seen a great deal of things - many of which few can imagine. I am very open to sharing my life experience and stories - even those that are bad. I feel we can learn much from every experience - good or bad.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would like to learn about building ecological houses as I want to build a meditation center.

I love music, so one day I would like to perform my own music, but maybe we can share this together, and I
can teach you about Nepali culture.

I would be happy to share, teach, and learn about Reiki, Meditation, and Holistic Therapy.

I know a great deal about SMART Recovery and the
12-step spiritual recovery for any substance and alcohol addiction, International Business with Nepali handicrafts, organic vegetable & local cattle farming, cottage industries in Nepal, non-profit social welfare organizations like orphanages, old age homes, hospice, addiction recovery centres, and many more. I can also help to get someone the factory or wholesale price of Nepali goods.

Lastly, I can be a travel buddy and do many other things.
