ABOUT ME

pretty easy to get to know. very outgoing and enjoys company. would like to engage in some more adventuring and exploring, but didn't grab an opportunity yet.

i talk fairly straight-forward. i like to speak based on hard facts. but despite all my talking habits, i consider myself as a pretty good listener. i'm sure that if we met, we'll have a comfortable conversation :)

i'm new to couchsurfing, so i may be a late replier or be a little hesitating when it comes to offline contact :( i promise to get used to it as soon as possible.

PHILOSOPHY

i believe i live along my life to be the one and only self. my life consists of experiences that will define me from then on. i constantly look for things, ideas that will differentiate me from all the other individuals upon this world.

for this reason, i usually deny to go after paths that are already lain out for me. i keep making left and right turns to the woods instead of walking along the cement pavements.

Interests

i'm currently attending a university in Korea. most of my weekday's day-time consist of classes, reports, presentations and so on. after that i like to hang out with my friends and classmates.

i like water. not the drinking water. but rivers, lakes, waterfalls, fountains, oceans, and rain! oceans and rivers become very important when i plan for trips. because water-seeing usually becomes the main theme. this explains why i love spending time sitting on the bank of han-riverside. especially when it's dark enough. talking with friends. a beer or two is optional ;D

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

this summer i've traveled to Jeolado, Korea. it's the south-west end of the Korean penninsula, and many cities in Jeolado have awesome ocean views. the highlight of my trip was when i visited Gangjin. it was in the middle of the day, 2 or 3 o'clock i guess, really hot and humid. but i accidently walked in to the wrong dirrection. i had some time left for the next bus, so i kept walking even though i knew it was the opposite way. when i've walked for about ten minutes, i've seen the most dazzling sight yet. the bluest sky ever, the greenest fields i've ever seen, and the coolness of the ocean, and mountain lines far away. all of this in one view, struck me breathless. can't believe my pictures can't show the awesomeness of it..

i hope to see more beautiful sights from now on :)
i've only traveled inside of Korea, maybe during my next vacation i'll head abroad!
