I'm a new empty nester. We have a senior citizen pug named Mojo. I've hosted junior high and high school exchange students both in the US and in Sweden, and traveled with groups of exchange students from Sweden to the UK. I just moved back to Texas a little over a year ago and have settled north of Houston with my boyfriend Cameron. We love to travel and meet new people and have new experiences. We are Christian and active church goers.

Interests

Love to read, cycle, swim, go bowling, hiking and just sitting around chatting. TV is okay during bad weather, but exploring a town, eating good food having a glass of wine and just experiencing someplace new is best! I love sitting at the kitchen table chatting with new friends! We're both foodies and Cam is a bit of a beer snob lol. Craft beers are his vice!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I gave birth to 3 amazing kids! :D And one of them has blessed me with a granddaughter who is my whole world right now.

Teach, Learn, Share

We currently live in a 4 bedroom house in a nice neighborhood and have an amazing pool that is great to swim in. There is lots to do in the Spring/ Woodlands area and we are just a 20-25 minute drive into Houston. I can offer a comfy place to stay for 2-6 people (depending on the time of year), a good meal and interesting conversation. Happy to hang out with you or leave you to explore on your own, just let me know! There's a billion things to do in the Houston area.

My great sense of humor! It feels like everywhere I go I meet people who wind up being life long friends with me. I take care of other's property just as I would like them to take care of mine. I am a happy go lucky person with a very loving and friendly personality. I love to learn about new cultures. I think Cameron is a grill master so you can enjoy some awesome BBQ!
