ABOUT ME
My Name is Damian, I'm pretty chilled out, geeky sorta guy. into games and cartoons/animation. Also love art and Martial Arts. I'm pretty quiet but like to party once in a while. Also, I love traveling and meeting new people! which is why I've joined!
PHILOSOPHY
The meaning of life is...I'm still trying to decide what it is. In the meantime I'll do my best and at the end of the day as long as I can hold my head up high I'll see where that leads me
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am willing to host someone once my Home-life settles down, and I return from my overseas travels myself. As people have been so kind to me whilst overseas in the past and hopefully in the future I hope to return the favour
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
One of the more memorable couch surfing experiences occurred to me last year in Japan. I was standing at Osaka station about to catch a train when out of nowhere I received a tap on the shoulder from one of my old karate assistant teachers from my karate dojo back in Australia! turned out he had been living in Japan for the past 4 years, last time i saw him i was a lot younger! It was crazy and i ended up staying with him for a few days!

Books, I prefer fantasy/fiction but also have an interest in philosophy and classical literature.
I love reading so to list the ones i love would take up a lot of room.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Something I consider amazing would be my first trip overseas, As i worked extremely hard and organized the entire trip in about 1 month from having no passport or money to go, to being fully prepared for my travels! Landing at the airport was exhilarating to think I had actually made it!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach karate/fighting philosophy (as I understand it to be), I can teach English pretty well if you need help in that area and also skills in professional writing and resume/curriculum vitae building.
