Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am a teacher in my early 50's with adult and teen age children. I would classify myself as a moderate liberal then once I was a critical conservative. Age mellows a person or makes them more angry. I have mellowed. My life has been to teach and guide youth as a teacher and athletic coach(American football mostly)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have had a few visitors over the last 2 summers and have enjoyed them greatly! All very different and positive experiences.

Interests

I fix and restore classic BMW motorcycles as a hobby. Not only do i fix motorcycles but i greatly enjoy riding them. I go on a lot of cross country trip with just me and the open road.

I listen to Classic rock. I grew up in the 60's and 70's so I mainly listen to what I listened to in high school.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have gone on many trips on my trusty motorcycle.:)

Rode a dirt bike to Prudhoe Bay AK.
