Hello! I just recently quit my job as a sales representative of a logistics company to make my dream of travelling the world a reality. If that isn’t cliche enough for you, I also love nothing more than meeting new people, sharing stories, listening to stories, asking endless questions about your culture, and pretending I know how to play instruments.
I must say, music is very important to me because it is a universal language that allows one to make connections with others, whether listening or playing. I have been a host and DJ of 2 different radio shows. I always try to play hidden gems from around the world, which is why I would be very interested to share music with you.
I am crazy about adventuring and hiking so I am always sure to weave some aspect of this into my travels. There are few better feelings than getting out into nature and freeing yourself of all the silly little concerns we have in life.
Oh I also have been brewing my own beer for the last year or so. I am very proud to say that the end product has been possible to drink without plugging your nose.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My first experience on Couchsurfing was a road trip to the east coast of Canada. All of the hosts were awesome people and we had so much fun spending time with them. I love Couchsurfing because the people on here seem to be the type of people I like to meet: open-minded, adventurous, interesting, friendly, and cultured etc. The people I've met on Couchsurfing are doing such cool things that it has given me inspiration and helped me redefine what I think I can do in my life. I believe that every new person you meet has a slightly different perspective on life which helps you grow and become a more well-rounded individual (this is about as cheesy as I get, but I stand by my words).
