ABOUT ME

I have a media degree, but don't hold that against me.

I have a masters in Screenwriting and the plan is that one day I'll be one of those lucky people who gets paid to put awesome stuff on your TV screen. Before I wanted to write I wanted to draw comic books. Before that I think I just wanted to be Spider-Man. Really I still do, but I gather that's not a legitimate career choice.

In the meantime though I'm a fundraiser for the Red Cross. No, not one of those guys in the street who bugs you when you're in a rush, that's far too much like hard work. Mostly I work in an office.

My passion other than writing is probably music. Unfortunately my musical talent is dubious, but I am a dedicated shower-singer. I like to have an ipod with something for anyone, and I collect records. 'Cos they sound better and look cooler.

I like quality TV and crappy films.

As you may be able to tell, I'm a bit of a geek. I read comic books and I could probably hold my own in a conversation about electrons. I am not ashamed of this, although it's possible I should be.

That's a quote from the band Travis. On the whole I'm not a huge fan, but that line has stuck with me.
