ABOUT ME

Aloha, My name is Jessica. Last year I traveled from Philadelphia to San Francisco seeking enlightenment. Well San Fran turned into Honolulu, and Honolulu turned into big Island and before I knew it I was a full fledged backpacker. Living in Eco Villages with no electricity or walls. Work trading in multiple different farms, learning permaculture and sustainable living.

PHILOSOPHY

My greatest burden is my love of self, and a refusal to live any life that's contrary to the needs of my soul. Like many backpackers I have rejected many painful but safe realities. Choosing to risk life and limb, and sacrificing creator comforts in exchange for freedom and a sense of accomplishment.

I participate in life through all means. Eyes and voice, hands and ears. I am interested in this world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In honolulu I hosted a couchsurfer who filled my head with tales of adventure. Two weeks later I signed up and began my own tale.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Accidentally landed myself on a reality tv show about a fake cult in the jungle..... saying more would nullify my contract, but lets just say it was a VERY interesting couple of months and I am eager to be far away from my baptist family, fishing in the wilds of Alaska when it airs this summer.

Teach, Learn, Share

Massage therapist in training with reiki skills for days... and tonal therapy to even it allll out :) I am always looking to learn more body work techniques and respectable people to practice with!
