Recently graduated with a bachelors in Environmental Design, currently looking to start my career as an architect.
Throughout my life I have slowly been moving East (San Francisco, Boulder, New York?), and I see New York City as the perfect next step if I want to continue Eastward.
Many major architectural firms are tied to NYC, and a lot of those firms have ties to other countries. My dream right now is to build a career abroad.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am new to Couchsurfing, but the idea behind it are fascinating. Hoping to meet fantastic people and get a good impression of couchsurfing, so when I have a place of my own one day I won't even hesitate to offer of it what I can.

Music, Movies, and Books
I don't watch TV anymore and most movies aren't worth seeing in theaters.
My favorite music, I haven't heard yet, so please introduce me.
The most recent book I've read was called A Wild Sheep Chase, written in Japanese by Haruki Murakami. I don't know if I have ever read a stranger piece, but the way it was translated into english gave each page a sense of poetics. It was so beautiful to read that I found myself sneaking away from friends to go read.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I broke the elbow in my right (dominant) arm and couldn't move it for about a month. In that time I bought myself how to do everything left handed. Anything from throwing a football to taking exams to drawing and painting.
Teach, Learn, Share
Things I believe everyone should do to improve the world around them.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share my passion for sustainability and design.
I can share the knowledge that I possess about living with an environmental conscience, without being annoying about it.
I am also very passionate about cooking, and would love to share comfort foods.
