I'm working on a Ph.D. in musicology at Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, USA. I travel around quite a bit to different conferences and I love to meet people from around the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well, just started officially, though my couch has often been a bed for people I have met in town through friends, or at bars, or whatever. I guess I'm ready to be a little more official about it.

Interests

Most kinds of music, play jazz and rock. Love to go to the opera. Quite enjoy american college football as a fan.

Music, Movies, and Books

Most music, especially bluegrass, opera, rock, and jazz. Don't watch movies too often, but I like Wes Anderson movies. I read theology books about all religions because they are fascinating, and modern fiction.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Lived in Vienna for a year, which might not be amazing to others, but was for me.
