Overview
About Me
I'm currently teaching at a university and organizing online events about mindfulness & music therapy.
I always loved different cultures, I was an exchange student for a year during my high school years and later studied in the States and and then in Finland. I love traveling and getting to know different people, lifestyles and cultures.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I had many friends, who hosted and surfed on CS. More than ten years ago, when I first heard about CS from them, I got very excited about it and decided to try it. I've loved it and hosted around 70 people from France, Germany, Austria, Iran, Australia, USA, Colombia, Canada, Singapore, Korea, Hong Kong, Chile, Poland, Denmark, Sweden and New Zealand. My guests inspired me in many ways!
Now, I'm back after some time and have re-opened my place for hosting new guests.

Nature and different cultures amaze me all the time!
Teach, Learn, Share
I love learning about different ways of living and talking about lifestyle and cultural experiences. So, teach me how you live and I'll teach you how I live.
I can also suggest some Turkish music and concerts if you're interested in that.
I love local tastes, so it would be great if you could bring anything vegan and local for me to taste (it doesn't have to be much or anything big) or if you would cook something local here in my place. Please say something about this in your request so I'll know that you read my profile and intentionally chose me, this is important for me. Anyway, I know some good Turkish restaurants where you can eat the best of any Turkish specialty. I'd love to join you in eating there, too :)
OH! I'd love to hear you read a poem or any book or at least tell me anything in your own language! I'm into sounds, so that interests me a lot!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share or cook vegan Turkish specialties.
I can also share hard-to-find Turkish music examples (modern or classical).
