To see as much of this Earth as I can.
I consider myself a pretty decent person that has found a new passion in life, which is travel. I've been living too long in my cookie-cutter life style and realized that there is much more to life than killing yourself over a career. That's not to say that I am not responsible...I just put more emphasis on living rather than working. Oh yeah...I'm a freak for music!!! I'm not a big "clubber" and generally stay away from any of the tourist spots in LV. However, I wouldn't mind showing some guests around my city. I prefer more of the smaller bars in the rare occation that I do go for a drink. I do smoke ;) and have two small dogs that can be a bit loud at times.
The valuable lessons in life are taught through travel and experiencing a simpler way of life.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I figure that I am in a nice location for those like-minded people to come and see Las Vegas. My roommate will be leaving soon, then I will open up my couch.
Nature and Muisic
Music, Movies, and Books
I grew up listening to classic rock: Eagles, Led Zeppelin, The Doors, etc... As I grew old enough to find my own music that I identified with, I listened to The Cure, Depeche Mode, The Smiths (I think you get the point). Now I'm listening to a lot of indie stuff and some alt. country.
As for movies, I just went to see 300, I thought it was good. My favorites are Old School, Office Space and Team America World Police.
I'm not much of a reader.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Teach, Learn, Share
I have a lot of life lessons to share but I am also a sponge for knowledge. I enjoy learning about culture and the arts. I am particularly interested in learning more about Latin America. I love the people that I have met and feel drawn to Central and South America. I need to learn Spanish though. Can someone help me?
