About Me

Using my smile to change the world :)

I am a very adventurous person! I love life. I want to try new and different things. Would love to meet interesting people from all over the world to learn about their culture! Of course I would love to share the Filipino culture to the world as well :)

Buddhist way of life. 'Nuff said ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm new to CouchSurfing! Please feel free to send me a message so we can talk :)

The things that grab my attention are usually the things people take for granted: a lovely sunset by the bay, a swirl of fluffy clouds, a lone flower on the sidewalk. I love the beach, lying on the sand and watching the moon and the stars... I love traveling locally! Camping by the countries' innumerable secret beaches, bonfire, s'mores, sharing stories and a little alcohol maybe? So I might post travel itineraries every once in a while, I hope you can join me and my friends :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Magnifico (a local film that moved me to tears), books by Umberto Eco such as The Name of the Rose, Foucault's Pendulum, The Island of the Day Before, Baudolino and the Mysterious Flame of Queen Loana. There's one I have yet to read, the latest which is The Prague Cemetery

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A climb to an old magnificent lighthouse on Cape Engaño in the Northern Philippines took my breath away! It was indeed a sight to behold.
