About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I am traveling with the sun, that way my dog, Chewy, and I may be outside as much as possible. The mission is to close the gap of separation in the human species. The girl loves to play: music is joy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I would like to share, whether it is through the people I host or the people I stay with. Heading south for winter will leave my studio open and I hope to make connections in the southern states...play lots of music and share.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
No experience with this site yet, but I have been surfing on my own since 2004.
Interests
I am interested in all the experiences that people have. Being the observer as well as the doer. An artist and musician, I meet and work with amazing creativity. Watching others in their courage to adventure into the unknown is exceptional.

Music, Movies, and Books
I recently read a book titled, "The Last Dickens." Amazing in the descriptions of England, India and the U.S. back in the 1800's. Some things have not changed that much.
I love to read the Zen Masters. All movies are fascinating and it is incredible that how much money it takes to create a scenario of entertainment. I prefer real life.
Music, Music, Music. Joy, Joy, Joy,
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The amazing things I have done may be seen on my website: www.pamelavankirk.com
At 58, I will say that my life has been amazing. I have successfully lived outside the box, not always a world of convenience, but hugely inspiring.
My six sons is the most amazing thing I have done. Birthed them naturally at home, raised them in an alternative environment in the woods. They are grown with kids of their own...well at least 4 of them. They are amazing.
Teach, Learn, Share
I work as a substitute teacher, a job not for the weak, but teaching does not just happen in the schools. Learning everyday, I stay objective and open to other's perspectives.
I share my JOY.
