After aeronautical bachelor I've been in the Italian Air Force as a pilot, my duty has been mainly in search and rescue in alpine environment, retired after 37 years of career.
I'm married with a fantastic wife and together have a couple of marvelous son and daughter.
I'm always been a sport lover, a traveller and a reader.
First thing at retirement I went to Santiago de Compostela running and walking, now I want to cycle around Europe and more.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My idea of travel is not only satisfy eyes and brain but meet people and the way of living in different countries, so what's best of Couchsurfing? exchanging information, ideas maybe cooking for my host a juicy italian dish. And more, traveling by bike on long trips, sometimes it becomes hard to find a place where to camp near towns, last but not least economy.
