I am Yoga teacher and Reiki Master Panckarma Therapist
and I teach Hatha Yoga and concert Ayurveda..

I quickly decided to dedicate my life to give knowledge and educaion of yoga and ayurveda to human being in correct and honest way and proper education in reasonable price and I give every weekend free lesson to helpless people who are not able to learn and time in the struggle of life because mostly this people on rest on weekend so I decide to make healthy and strong ..

PHILOSOPHY

what in the world is philosophy? The word itself comes from the 2 Greek words:Philia and Sophia. Philia is the Greek word for love a bond of friendship while sophia us Greek for wisdom.Philosophy is literally the love of wisdom but what does it mean to love pursue and possess wisdow?
