ABOUT ME

I'm an adventurous mother of four grown children making my living as a midwife. I'm looking forward to seeing more of the world in the coming years. I think of myself as a vagabond -- not a tourist -- and like to travel close to the ground if you know what I mean. Want to get to know the people and culture where I go.

Interests

As a home birth and birth center midwife, my life is quite full with my practice as well as helping to hold a space for childbirth options for women and their families. I love to spend time with my grown children - sometimes a simple cup of coffee or a meal, sometimes a hike in the beautiful NW wilderness close to our home. I love photography - photographic the magic and wonder of birth, as well as the world around me.
