It is difficult to speak about oneself. Let's start with what people/friends say about me: I am loyal, kind, an encourager, selfless. I think of my self as an adventurer, I love spontaneity, I love to serve, and I love to look for people I can bless in some way.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

In 1993 I went on a backpacking trip with a friend and the people/natives we met and some we stayed with -- that experience left an indelible impression in my heart. When I travel I like doing so off the beat n track. And now that my husband and I are empty nesters, would love to start doing that again -- have new friends come visit my part of the world and do likewise.

Interesses

To give back. My latest interest is to have my family go to Africa to give back in some way. This last year my husband and one of our sons when to Kenya a organized a soccer camp for over 400 children and teens. I went to see how I can help in micro lending and other ways.
