Simple guy content with a good drink and some good conversation. Travelling around as long as I am able while working from "home", trying to see as much as I can. I've had a dozen different careers, from construction to customer service to cartography, currently in Social Media management.
I'm originally from a small town in Ontario, Canada but spent most of my life in the fabulous Montreal, Quebec - yet having recently emigrated to Switzerland.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm just starting out on Couchsurfing as it was highly recommended by my brother (who has used it in three continents) and a close friend. I've got the opportunity to work from home these days, so I'm trying to make "home" wherever I've got the chance to visit! I suppose the buzzword for that is a "Digital Nomad". I love getting to know the individual towns, cities, and regions that I visit and look forward to being able to provide the same once I'm back home.

I love all kinds of music, and I've played the drums for more than 20 years in a variety of groups from Hip-Hop to Death Metal (on hiatus right now).
Some of my favourite authors are Douglas Coupland, David Foster Wallace, Dave Eggers, Chuck Palahniuk and Timothy Findley.
Big fan of horror movies.
