ABOUT ME

Love music of all kinds....electronica, soul, blues, etc. Enjoy having a drink with good friends and living in the moment, though I have mellowed slightly over the years, I used to live like a gypsy. I believe in a balance in life i.e. going out and having fun but also taking care of yourself by staying somewhat fit with yoga and running. Am spiritual without being too religeous....still searching though. Work in the healthcare field...but love art and design. Love all cultures and want to learn as much as I can because time is of essence in this life.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I once lost a set of keys while on a small island in Florida in the water while jetskiing....didn't know when or where I lost them on a two mile stretch of beach.....I am not too religeous, but I prayed to whatever higher power was up there knowing I was the ride for some older family members off of that island and it was getting dark. Picked one spot in the water that was ten feet deep and went under toes first....hit something hard with toes....amongst the shells, dove face first and found my keys.....felt almost nauseated I was so in awe and happy.

I free dove in the Rainbow river in Florida with incredible visibility, floating downstream for three hours in my wetsuit and fins and ran into several Manattee and hitched a ride on one of them....it actually came directly at me and even though I knew they are gentle animals, I was in fear for a brief second that I was gonna get smashed or it would get violant, nope, it just came at me slowly and I pivoted around and grabbed a brief ride.

Hiking up in Big Bend national park to what they call the window, which is a "window" in the mountains where you are in the middle of two large rock walls with a little stream that runs off and drops several hundred feet into an almost desolate valley, I was younger and crazier and lowered myself down on a cliff to hide from the group that was behind me so they thought I fell off, then I popped up my head form the end of the little waterfall and everyone was both pissed and happy that I was alive, though it was extremely dangerous, I felt this rush....when I think back on it, I find it was both stupid, but one of the coolest things I have done.....the hair on my arms raises when bringing it up.
