I'm out to have fun on a journey to prove the "American Dream" a myth, all the while documenting every step.
I don't buy into the "American Dream" of growing up, going to school, find a career, work 40 hours a week, get married, have 2.5 kids, a dog and a little white house with a picket fence. I'm out to have fun on a journey to prove the "American Dream" a myth, all the while documenting every step.
I believe that from the time one can talk they are taught there is only one correct way to live their life. That progression is grow up, go to school, find a 40 hour a week career, get married, have 2.5 kids and a dog in a white house with a picket fence. I don't condemn those that choose such a life, but I don't condone the teachings that this is the only way to live or truly be happy. I ask, how many people that travel that very road are truly happy? Perhaps there is another journey out there for those people and yet they never saw it because they sought to conform to what they are taught is the "American Dream."
I'm an entrepreneur with my hands in several businesses. I love to travel, meet new people, and experience other cultures from my own on a micro level. I love the beauty of outdoors but I love computers and technology also.
