ABOUT ME

I grew up in the northern wilderness of Alberta, a limbo between Edmonton and Fort McMurray. I Have made the northern lights dance to my whistling, had a pet deer, grew up on vegetables and fruit we grew ourselves and meat we hunted for. In a place before the oil boom, untouched really. I used to go out on the dock and be able to fill a 5 gallon pail with large perch within a couple hours.

It gave me an appreciation of what the world has to offer. Now I want to see more. I want to see...well..everything, I want to meet as many different people as possible. Everyone has value, there are lessons in every interaction with a new human.

I am distracted easily, but tend to focus intently on whatever catches my eye. I have always thought of myself as an idea man, an instigator. I like to be around people that know how to play along, but know when to tell me to shut up.

PHILOSOPHY

I just want to live a good life. Be kind and generous to others. experience as much as life has to offer because the only thing you take with you is your memories.

I guess you could say I am agnostic. I do not think my ability to perceive is vast enough to understand the workings of the universe. I genuinely hope there is some form of afterlife where it all makes sense.

I am a big gadget nerd. build my own computer systems, collect gadgets and video game stuff. I do not tend to talk about it, I dislike tech fanboys.

Hmm, I am having a hard time with this. i want to write a paragraph about each of the books I want to put on the list. Can be something to talk about if we ever meet.
