I´m currently spendingmy gap year travelling in South America and trying to figure out how I want to live. Up to this moment it´s pretty clear to me that I want to live on the countryside so that I can be outside a lot. At home I am a vegetarian, but in the road I am too inetrested in the traditional local food to keep it up. I am a member of Youth on the World (YOW), an exchange project between Bremen, Germany, and Bafoussam, Cameroon.

Estoy haciendo un ano sabático viajando en Suramérica y trato de averiguar como quiero vivir. En este momento estoy segura de que quiero vivir en el campo porque me gusta mucho estar afuera. En casa soy vegetariana, pero cuando estoy viajando, estoy demasiadamente curiosa por las comidas tradicionales y locales (que no son vegetarianas en la mayoridad). Soy un miembro de Youth on the World (YOW), un proyecto de intercambio entre Bremen, Alemania, y Bafoussam, Camerún.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am couchsurfing because I want to meet locals and get to know their way of life. I don´t want to talk about how wasted I did not get at the last party that I did not go to in the hostels. For me travelling is more about getting to know the customs and culture of the people that live in the country I travel to and its nature.

Estoy Couchsurfing porque quiero encontrar gente local y conocer como vive. No quiero hablar sobre que borracho no fui en la fiesta pasada que no visité en los hosteles. Para mi vaijes se tratan de conocer los costumbres y la cultura del país en que viajo y su naturaleza.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went on a 180 km hike in the ´south of Germany with my best friend. It was an exhilarating experience and showed me that hiking really is my thing.

And I´ve deleted Facebook.

Hice una caminata de 180 km en el sur de Alemania con una amiga. Fue una experiencia geniál y me mostró que caminar me gusta mucho.

Y borré el Facebook.
