One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I saw a tiger in Masnagodi (near Ooty in India). He was a medium sized (though I thought he was LARGE) male tiger and was just 10 feet away from our van. Tiger sighting is rare nowadays with the population depleting and to spot a wild one in a jungle (not a national reserve) is even rarer. Unfortunately, I was literally trembling with excitement and hence did not get a good photograph of him.

I have seen the kurunji flowers in bloom twice in my lifetime (in 1995 when I was 12 years old and 2007 when I was 24 years old), and these flowers bloom once in 12 years. I hope to see them when they bloom next time in 2019 as well.

Been in a lava tube in Jeju.

Have met lots of people who have seen and done amazing things and just listening to their experiences is in itself pretty amazing!!
