Conquer the world?
Uuh... I'll think of something later on. For now all you need to know is that I'm quite the agreeable person. At least I like to think of me as such. *g*
Smile and the world smiles back at you.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'd like to host someone else, because I'm all alone in Strasbourg, have a couch to spare and totally want to meet people who aren't French. *cough*
None yet. =)
Sports in general, although I'm quite clumsy with a ball. But that doesn't mean I don't enjoy it. *g*
I especially like swimming, though, since I've done it all my life.
Then there's gaming, mostly on the PC, but I also have a PS2. I prefer RPGs, suck at shooters and adore Guitar Hero.
I also enjoy watching movies, mostly fantasy or adventure, but I can be convinced to watch nearly anything except for movies about war or real life drama. Same goes for books.
I'm also open for new experiences.^^
Music, Movies, and Books
I'm going to forget at least half of it... Well, here I go!
Movies: Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Iron Man I + II, Thor (2011), Advent Children, Pretty Woman, Dirty Dancing, Batman Begins/The Dark Knight, King Arthur, X-Men Trilogy, Matrix, The Sorcerer's Apprentice, Fast and Furious (1-3)... and many more
Music: Staind, Disturbed, Blind Guardian, Three Days Grace, 3 Doors Down, System of a Down, Subway to Sally, Sum 41, My Chemical Romance, Queen, Nickelback, Howard Shore, Toshiro Masuda, Vanessa Mae, Bon Jovi, David Guetta, Micheal Jackson, Snow Patrol...
Books: Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, The Silmarillion, The Night Angel Trilogy, The Black Magician Trilogy, The Chronicles of Blood and Stone, Night Watch (Sergei Lukyanenko), about everything from Hohlbein and Kirstin Gier...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Can't think of anything off the top of my head right now. I'll come back to it later on.
Teach, Learn, Share
I think the only thing I'm really good at is swimming, so if anyone is interested in improving one's technics...
I'm also more or less fluent in 4 languages? xD
I'd love to improve my nearly inexistent cooking skills and maybe learn cool, new recipes.
But I'm really interested in about any culture, so I'd just love to hear all about it. *g*
