Que Sera Sera
I am easy going and enjoy taking in new experiences and challenging myself. I really like meeting new people from all walks of life and hearing their stories about their travelling adventures and where they come from. I love a good laugh and can be entertained by any random thing.

***"Once you have traveled, the voyage never ends, but is played out over and over again in the quietest chambers. The mind can never break off from the journey"- Pat Conroy
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have been a host, and have surfed. I try to join in on any couch surfing events in my area.
I am excited for future experiences with couchsurfing. In my experience with hosting, it's been great to learn about the people that I host and their culture.
I spend some of my time exercising, frolicking outside, going to new and exciting places with interesting people, and very slowly learning songs on the ukulele. I also play the piano, with hopes of teaching myself to play some jazz.
I also recently started to enjoy learning Korean, and geocaching. :)
Music, Movies, and Books
Anything that is inspiring and entertaining, and most of the time gives me a smile or a good laugh. I have to mention that "departures" is my number one favourite traveling show, and if you have not heard of it, you should check it out! 3 guys from Canada who travel the world for 3 years :D
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Went to Mardi Gras in New Orleans the year the Saints won the Superbowl. Non-stop celebrations! :)
Went jungle trekking to a waterfall and slept in a traditional Rungus longhouse within the Borneo rainforest. Nothing beats sleeping to the sounds of the rainforest just outside of your room.
Teach, Learn, Share
I hope to teach others about what I know about my home country of Canada and other places I've lived. I would share with others what my goals are for travel and lifestyle. I'd love to learn from others about their insights, perspectives on life and where they come from.
